Eric Murphy's mother (full name currently unknown) is a minor character in Entourage, appearing only in Aquamom. She is a New York native and the mother of Eric Murphy.

In Aquamom, Vincent Chase doesn't have a significant other to bring to the premiere of his new film, the James Cameron-directed Aquaman, so he decides to use Big Boy's radio channel to invite his and Johnny's mother Rita. A reluctant Rita initially agrees after much convincing, but yet again decides not to come to Los Angeles.
Not wanting Vince to go alone to his premiere, E calls and convinces his mom and Turtle's mom as well to attend Vince’s Aquaman premiere so that Vince and Johnny’s mother will feel pressure to visit as well, which is successful.
